Wow! A time machine back to 1980 with killer pop hooks and lyrics about girls and relationships and all that stuff that power pop is about. I know it's an obscure reference, but the singer reminds me of Anneke van Giersbergen from the Gathering. The singer of Romero is a highlight of the band's sound, and the power-pop tunes are driven by her. Looking forward to future releases of this band.
